It's pretty cool to see the whole caterpillar to butterfly and larva to ladybug transitions... especially when you're on vacation and have a month to spare for critter-sitting.
Here are some photos of the transformations! I'm proud to say all survived to adulthood and were successfully freed... although one butterfly did have trouble flying away at first (it took an extra day for it to go off on its own since it lost an antenna somehow... my brother blames me for reasons that I'm not about to write on the blog lol)
